The company reserves the right to review and modify the T&C. All material included in the Application Platform is the intellectual property of the company, so the applicant may not reproduce, distribute, sell, dispose of or use said material in any other way.

The company does not guarantee the operation or functionality of the Application Platform and therefore reserves the right to make any correction/repair it deems necessary. The company takes measures to protect the applicant’s information and devices and avoid interference from third parties, but the applicant acknowledges that the use of the Application Platform is at its own expense and risk, thus exempting the company from any liability that may be attributed to negligence. , third party invasions, information leaks, malfunctions, third party interference or any other reason.

For cases not contemplated in the T&C, the parties agree to be governed by the rules of common law and, in particular, by the provisions of the Civil Code of the Dominican Republic.
